Yes, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your attendance, you can request a refund up to 96 hours before the event starts. Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable if the cancellation is made after this period. In the event that we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or other factors, you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, you may either request a refund or keep your ticket for the new date.
