Refund Policy
This explanation note (hereinafter referred to as the “Note”) is designed to lay down the conditions in which the buyer of a ticket (the “Consumer”) to any event organized by Letz Friends, a simplified private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, having its registered office at 3, rue du Haut-Ruisseau, L-6446 Echternach, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B294052 (“Let’z Friends”) can withdraw from its purchase and/or request a refund.
At Let’z Friends, we strive to offer unforgettable experiences while ensuring a fair and transparent refund policy for all ticket holders. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a ticket.
- Withdrawal
Consumers who wish to cancel their ticket may request a full refund, provided that the cancellation is made at least ninety-six (96) hours before the start of the event. Refund requests must be submitted through our official communication channels, such as our website contact form or via email to [email protected]. To request a refund, Consumers must contact us and provide their full name, event name, event date, and ticket order number. This information ensures a smooth verification process and allows us to handle refund requests efficiently. Any request received within this timeframe will be processed, and the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, although actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
If a cancellation is made less than 96 hours before the event, the ticket becomes non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, as event logistics and planning are finalized in advance. We encourage all attendees to review their schedules before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
- Postponement
If an event is postponed, Consumers will have two options. They can choose to request a full refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled date, or they may keep their ticket, which will remain valid for the new event date. We will notify all Consumers as soon as possible with the updated details and instructions on how to proceed with their preferred option.
- Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, every Consumer will receive a full refund. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are committed to ensuring that our attendees are not financially impacted. Refunds in these cases will be processed automatically, and all Consumers will be notified as soon as possible with further details regarding the refund procedure.
